To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may be denied a refund
  • Non-returnable items include clearance, final sale items, and any product marked as non-returnable in the description

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 3โ€“5 business days after we receive and inspect your return for it to be processed
  • Youโ€™ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is due to our error
